For those of you who are parents of young children, you may have seen "Dora the Explorer" or "Go Diego, Go" at some point.
As a "One Language, One Culture" American, I'm appalled by the emphasis that's being placed on bilingual education throughout the aforementioned cartoons, focusing solely upon Spanish translations, but I love the satire in Saturday Night Live's "Maraka". I get the impression that the writer and producer of the SNL presentation share my sentiment. Click below to see the video.
