Seriously, what are you doing tossing those pennies in the wishing well.... or dropping them on the ground.... Are you OCD and cant stand that .23 at the end of your account statement? Have you done something bad, and want to make up for it by giving money to a random person? If this should become an issue where people MUST use a Credit Card, I will upgrade the account, but then Paypal gets 2.5% of everything coming in, plus 30 cents per transaction. Your call folks.
