Sorry, Bebi,
I browsed the pics, but there isn't enough quality or clarity in the face for me to morph anything. So, the simulated handlebar mustache and tooth extractions are a "no-go" until the youth decides to stick his face against your window and blow his cheeks full of air. Something like that, at least.
Keep me posted on the nanny cam-o-rama extravaganza.

Haha believe me if that happens I'll get you the pic
Anyways, here's a little update on today's landlordy events.
I went out to hang some washing out, and before I'd pegged the first garment Riz came out of his back door and said "Bev can you ask Andy to take the padlock off your gate as it's a shared garden and we need constant access" I just turned round and looked at him and said "I'll tell him" in a tone of voice that also said "well I think both you and I know what the answer to that will be...." and turned my back on him and carried on hanging my washing. Riz also knows about my health problems, and if he has any questions/comments regarding the tenancy to address them to Andy.
Background info: Riz isn't actually our landlord on paper, he's acting as an unofficial agent. The landlord actually lives a few doors down, and is his brother in law (or something) We've never been introduced to him either, so I wouldn't know who it was if he ever knocked on our door.
The reason we put the padlock on the gate in the first place was because a) we had a bench stolen from our garden and b) Riz's wife used to put a full (and very heavy) wheelie bin against the outside to stop her children getting out of the gate, and therefore blocking our access.
Last week Andy asked Riz's nephews/cousins to stop playing cricket on our driveway as the ball hit one of our windows. Riz poked his head out of his window and said "It's a shared driveway" When Andy questioned this he said "go check your tenancy agreement" and shut the window on him. Since then we've been getting verbal abuse from the kids, and incidents like the one in the pictures above.
Nowhere on the tenancy agreement does it say that our land is shared with anyone else.
Andy's going to the Citizens Advice bureau and making the following points:
What I've listed above, including when we moved in we were promised that the garden would be our own private space, and that a fence would be put up in between our garden and Riz's.
We have had a cockroach infestation that we've had to deal with ourselves, we couldn't even sleep here for the first week of our tenancy because of this. When Andy gave Riz a receipt for insecticides we've bought he was told "it was being a bit picky", even though we've paid in full for the week we couldn't stay here.
We were promised a gas safety certificate that hasn't been forthcoming, and each time we ask about it we're told "next week". We've also had to replace the faulty gas fire ourselves, which we were told was in working order when we moved in. We found out it was faulty for two reasons. Andy tried to light it and was almost blown across the living room as the ignitor didn't work, and when we plugged in our carbon monoxide detector it showed a maximum reading.
There is a shed and patio slabs blocking half of our driveway, which belong to his sister next door (who has a perfectly clear driveway), and Riz's family use our driveway as a parking place for their taxi's, leaving no space for our visitors to park.
Our window frames are rotten, making the house unsecure in regards to burglaries, and the downpipes for the guttering are all missing, causing damp problems in the walls to the extent that the brickwork is cracking and causing structural problems. We've been asking him to fix these since we moved in.
Last week Riz came round and informed us that we were over £100 in arrears on our rent. We know for a fact we're not, and after adding up all the payments we've made, we're actually £77 IN CREDIT. Riz promised to bring round the said £77 that afternoon, even though we told him to leave it and deduct it off the next payment. It's been 7 days and we've seen no money. We're not too bothered about this, as we'll deduct it off our next payment ourselves, but it's the principle of the thing. Oh yes, we also get paid fortnightly, so it's easier for us to pay two weeks rent at a time when we get paid. He had the cheek to say "I'm going to change that to monthly as it'll encourage you to manage your money better"...
Yes, I know that some of the above points are "a bit picky" (to use his words) but to be honest, they're our rights and being as he's decided to be funny with us, we're going to adhere to ALL of them, which we're entitled to by law.
Ok, rant over LOL

P.S. Our higher progression aspect apologizes on behalf of our lower aspect for the thefts and other various forms of malfeasance.
We are one, and have been relatively reprimanded within the construct via perceived public chastisement and photographic nanny cam evidence.
We promise not to, and to, do this again to many more perceived selves.
