This is an impromptu recipe first created by Andy and so tasty it's now one of my favourites.

Cook the pasta as normal then make and stir in a packet of parsley sauce. I used Colmans but you could use any brand, or even make your own.

I also add some peas to mine. I'd run out of garden peas last time I made it so used a tin of marrowfat processed peas, it actually worked quite well lol
