Well i guess this is where i go to rant lol...
Sooo christmas day is passed. We've celebrated the birth of Jesus by eating too much and being sick numerous times and getting seriously drunk like any proud father does on the day of his child's birth. But wait, that'd mean we're God wouldn't it? Bah, anyways time to celebrate the mundane partnership of Boxing Day with this rather glorious survey
1. How is the weather in your city right now?
I wouldn't know to be fair. I haven't stepped outside my room today which has no windows, and i'm not going to. I have a coffee machine in here and i'm still full from yesterdays meal. So bah, you'll have to ask me again another day
2. What religion were you born into?
Atheist. My mother is jewish and my father practices a sorta pseudo-intellectual religion that doesn't make any sense to me. But anyways you can't really consider atheism as a religion can you? It's more of a lack of religion. And don't get up me with all that "we're better than you because we beleive in the existance of something" skit. I've heard it billions of times already.
3. Do you still practice your religion? How? And if not, what beliefs do you identify with?
Nope. I don't subscribe to any religion. I prefer finding my own way through the maze of life. I only identify with my own beleifs thank you very much. .
4. For the Americans (which I know 98% of you are): Democrat, Republican, or Independent?
I'm not american but let me reply any ways. Independent. As Bill Hicks said
"I think the puppet on the right shares my beleifs!"
"I think the puppet on the left shares my beleifs!"
"Wait there's just one guy holding both puppets!"
"Shut up! Go back to bed america!".
5. Do you have a job? What is it? What career would you like to pursue?
I'm currently in that wild, wonderful purgatory called unemployment. I walked out of my last job as a waiter because i got sick of hearing stupid tourists talking about how the french didn't know what a "latte" was. GARRRG i want to kill them..
6. Where would you like to travel?
Anywhere that isn't in Europe.. in a small list
Cuba
Guatemala
Brazil
The US
Russia
Kenya

1. How is the weather in your city right now?
Through the gap in the curtains I see a murky pale grey sky...
2. What religion were you born into?
Religion wasn't really a focal point when I was growing up. Ok, I know my mum's been confirmed and believes in God, but it was only really mentioned when something came up. I was sent to Sunday School when small, but I never did enjoy it much. I stopped going after a few weeks. We'd go to church now and then but just the odd Sunday and Christmas Mass (which I did enjoy, even if only the naughtiness of being allowed up after midnight) I'm embarrassed to say that I really don't know what religion my dad is LOL it's never something we've discussed in depth. I do know that he's skeptical of the Bible so I suppose either athiest or agnostic?
3. Do you still practice your religion? How? And if not, what beliefs do you identify with?
I'm currently undecided with my religion at the moment. Six months ago I knew I was Wiccan, albeit not practicing regularly (as in the rites and ceremonies). Now however I seem to be dissatisfied with the level of dogma I've found in Wicca, I know there isn't much, but it's still there. I don't know, I'm still Wiccan in essence (beliefs etc) but I'm seeking more if you know what I mean.
4. For the Americans (which I know 98% of you are): Democrat, Republican, or Independent?
I'm not American and not really interested in politics I'm afraid, if forced to make a choice however I think I'll pick Independant. No particular reason other than it feels the right one to pick.
5. Do you have a job? What is it? What career would you like to pursue?
I don't work I'm broken
I can't work due to my illness, although the amount of forums I frequent and Neopets is a full time job in itself LOL
I'd love to do many things, geology, web design, newspaper reporter, farm owner, the list is endless. I'm currently teaching myself html. I can use Frontpage and programs like that no problems, but html has always been a mystery to me. Believe it or not it's Neopets that gave me the incentive to start as you need to know it to do some stuff there.
6. Where would you like to travel?
Everywhere I haven't been! This includes:
South America
Australia
Egypt
And quite a few of the European countries.
I've been to France and Jersey, both lovely places I'd love to revisit. Another favourite place to go regularly is Scotland. The scenery is amazing.
