A few of you may wonder what qualifications I have to be able to run a forum dedicated to helping people. The honest answer is “none”, well, no formal ones anyway. I have however had plenty of practical experience with a number of situations that crop up in everybody’s lives.

I also have a sound knowledge of AOL (I’ve used it daily for almost 6 years now) and I’m fairly competent with other aspects of PC use. I have wide and varied interests, which include religion, the supernatural, history, nature, science and arts & crafts to name a few main areas.

If I don’t know the answer to a question, I can either find it out or point you in the direction of someone who does. As the forum grows I intend to sign up moderators with good practical knowledge bases, so eventually this will be a one-stop place to answer all your questions.
